Consulting and Working With People From Different Cultures

Hi,
can someone please help me find an answer for this question;
as an early childhood education and care assistant you will be required to work and consult with colleagues from a wide range of backgrounds. Describe at least 4 ways in which you can help staff from different cultures feel welcome at your service
