Think about how you share with families, staff and children while at work... Sharing can include - open communication, written communication, writing the daily journal (sharing what the children did throughout the day), using photos, displaying the programming and planning, emails, newsletters etc. ... these suggestions are all ways of how we share with others...

use point form to comment on the effectiveness of the range of strategies that are used by your service.

Is this related to the strategies used for sharing? IF yes, think of how the families, children and staff share with you... LIke families, spending time talking to you during morning drop off about what they did over the weekend, families reading the daily journal or making suggestions for programming...

For sharing? Email, newsletters, using communication books, filling out forms...

Think about what type of observations you use at work... photo observations, anecdotal records, running records, time samples etc.
