CHCORG5O6E - Staff Breaching Workplace Legislations

Post by Jessica Elliott » Thu Jun 30, 2016 10:16 am

PLEASE!!!! Help me with these questions!! This is due on Monday and I need urgent help!

1. If a staff member was found to be breaching workplace legislations and regulations explain the process you would follow and what documentation you may issue.
2. If a staff member’s performance was unsatisfactory, what counselling and support could you offer to improve their performance?
3. How and when can you inform staff of workplace regulations and legislation in which they must be aware and follow in relation to WHS, child protection, EEO, antibias? Inclusion and all other workplace policies and practises?

THANKS!!!! :)
