CHCORG428A - NQF Encourages Reflective Practice

Hi, I have to do a research task for part of this unit but i can't find any information.
The questions are, How does the NQF encourage reflective practice? and How do thNQF and the EYLF link with regard to continued quality assurance and continued improvement?
If anyone could help me out, it would be much appreciated
