Hello I am really having trouble with this questiond from my CHCFAM503B assessment:
1. Your workload has become intensive and it has been decided that you need to share some of it with another worker, who is relatively new to the organisation. You have been asked to offer her guidance and direction.
a) How would you go about developing a plan for guiding and directing her duties and responsibilities?
Inexperienced doesn't even start to describe what I am in the child care industry so I am finding it very hard to answer this one!!
Any help would be appreciated!!

Hi Macoola
I too am inexperienced (currently doing my BA), however to me it seems the question is how can you mentor a new worker. maybe you go into having the assistant reading and understanding your plan and asking her to take on some of the basic responsibilities and then get her or him to develop their own plan for their own tasks........maybe?
Let me know if you think im on the right track.
