Hi all,
I have a question that I have been stuck on for a while and I just don't know how to even start answering it.
The question is: Provide examples of feedback you might give to Hannah and Thomas about their skills and competence and promote remembering.
Hannah is a 3 year old girl and Thomas is a 6 year old boy in out of school hours care and he has an intellectual disability.
I was thinking the assessors want to see a range of feedback examples so I was thinking of creating a observation for the children saying "Well done for remembering to place your sleep items in your bag when you woke up from your nap" or something more age appropriate for each child.
I'm not 100% sure if I am on the right track or not so any suggestions and help would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Yes, I think you're on the right track with your response!
You could include examples such as:
"Thanks for putting your socks in your shoes, they won't go missing in there"
"You washed your hands, good job, now you're ready to eat"
"I can see your concentrating to complete the puzzle...you're almost done" etc.
Hope this helps,
