CHCECE019 - Action Plan Before Assessment Visit

The question states;
" create an action plan that lists and explains the activities that need to occur before the visit; who will be responsible for each task; when that task is due for completion."
What activities need to be done before an assessment and rating? Don't know what to include in the action plan.
