CHCECE018- Nurture creativity in children

Post by jorkarcou » Tue Dec 15, 2015 7:48 am

Hello I am really struggling with these questions at the moment.

How fill you find out about the childs creation?

How will you help children solve problems within their creative play?

How will you get children to respect each others work?

How will you encourage children's creativity to extend over long periods?

How will you help children understand and solve problems arising from the use of certain materials?

How Will you display work that is respectful to the child?

What will you do if a child asks if they can put on a puppet show?

You need to extend on their interests such as:

- do cooking experiences
- introduce new foods from different countries
- show different ways cultures may eat...

How will you encourage children to respect each other's work and ideas?

How will you share enthusiasm for creativity with children?

How will you role model creativity by spontaneous use of the resources, equipment and materials available to the children?

How will you ensure you provide aesthetics environment to encourage curiosity, experimentation, active learning, and choice?

how does the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS) influence the way that educators set up learning environments that promote creativity for children at different stages of development across a range of areas of creativity.

Hi. Just wondering if anyone has done this question or can help with it...
Q. When structuring the timetable of the day for the educators identify what legislation the Nominated Supervisor needs to refer to ensure employment requirements are met?

Thankyou :)

Hi Tay287,
An assessor from the regulatory authority can and may check everything so ensure you're familiar with all the regulation, have paperwork up to date etc

This has more on the process:
https://www.acecqa.gov.au/assessment/as ... ng-process

And the materials used:
https://www.acecqa.gov.au/assessment/materials

Hope that's helpful ;)

b. What actions might you take to broaden the kinds of creativity you recognise and support?
c. How are children encouraged to respect and appreciate the creativity of their peers?
d. What is one thing you can do promote children creativity and creativity overall in your workplace?

Locate and use the Regulations and Laws related to Early Childhood Education and Care for your State or Territory, to answer the following question.

List the requirements for each of the following regulations and laws, related to nurturing creativity in children.

Part 4.2 Children’s Health and Safety in relation to nurturing creativity in children?

For this, I can't find anything specific in the legislation I assume it has to do with Health Hygiene and Safe Food Practices.

You can find more information here:

NSW Legistlation

Check out point 77.
