I am stuck on what to wright or how to start this letter.

The assessment question is - draft a letter to parents of a service. The letter is to provide information for families about childrens health requirements when accessing early years education and care services, and where specific medical management plans can be accessed. Also included in the letter should be advice on who to speak to. If the family has any concerns or questions about thier childs health.

I am stuck on how to start it or what information should be in it.

You can write that children need to have their immunisations up to date and that they should be healthy when coming to care. If they are sick they should remain at home and follow the services exclusion period depending on what illness they have to reduce the spread of infection at the centre. You could also mention what happens if the child becomes sick at care and preventive measures put in place.
