CHCCS400C - Demonstrating Ethical Work Practices

I'm having trouble understanding and answering this question. Every time i think i have the answer its always wrong.

Ethical work practices are linked to acting morally and upholding the beliefs and values of a service. Explain two ways you could demonstrate this as an educator. Sourced from the philosophy of the service, the Code of Ethics and/or Job Description.
