Aboriginal arrival routine - reflecting cultural appropriate response

Post by menziemob » Sat Apr 26, 2014 4:16 pm

Hi, I am having trouble with this question and any help or advice would be very much appreciated :-)

I need to give an example or an arrival workplace practice or routine reflecting a cultural appropriate response for a family from an aboriginal background. Or it could be a family visit day routine with an Aboriginal family.

I need to include in my workplace routine things such as; cross cultural communication, interpersonal approaches, cultural sensitivity, client rights, duty of care issues, cultural beliefs and communicating with the family.

Thanks
