Hey guys,
Thought I would jump on here and ask a quick question.
I am studying my bachelor and am now considered the second ECT in my centre as I already hold my Diploma, my director said that I don't get a pay rise as the award is strictly based on held qualifications now. Is this right?
And then because of what my director has said, I am interested in what my mum is earning. She holds a diploma at a different service and they are paying her significantly less then I get, because she is not the lead educator in the room ($24 vs $27)
Any clarification would be awesome!
