pay rate. VICTORIAN

Post by cookie92 » Tue Feb 10, 2015 5:05 pm

Hey all,

now im working in a centre and have just recieved my diploma and had been told by other centre owners that i know that once you hold a diploma you wage increases to the minimum wage of a diploma as im not running a room. I cannot find anywhere that backs this up i was wondering if anyone knew how it works once you hold a diploma.

TIA

Since you hold a Diploma qualification however you are not "in charge" of the room you will be classified as a CSE Level 3.4 (basically a Level 3 employee with a Diploma qualification) and your minimum hourly rate is $22.11/per hour (full time) and $27.64/per hour (casual).

Hope this helps,
