Pay - Previous Experience as Unqualified, am now qualified

Hi !! I have 3 years previous experience working in a childcare centre, as a full-time assistant educator (before you needed your certificate 3) I'm wondering when i get a job if this previous experience will be acknowledged on my pay ? Thanks :)

What qualification have you got now?

How long have you had this qualification?

If you can provide evidence/references you may be able to however since you didn't have your qualification they may not give you the full 3 years previous experience...
