Scenario Ameen

Read the scenario below and answer the following questions

Ameen has been at your service for 3 months. His family has recently migrated from the Middle East and both he and his mother ,Nadja speak very little English. One day Nadja arrives with Ameen at the service and is visibly distressed. Ameen’s teacher Katia is able to ascertain that Ameen’s father has beaten both him and his mother. They are both frightened and distressed. Being new to Australia they have no family or friends they can ask for help.
Q.1 Name the relevant legislation that you would need to follow.
Q.2 To support Ameen and his mother name one advocacy or support service that you may refer them to.

I am not sure whether my answers are correct or not......plssssss help
For Q.1 my answer is .......In Australia states and territory government are responsible for the administration and operation of child protection service. In Victoria children youth and family act working with children Act (2005) child well being and safety Act (2005) Human rights and resposibility Act 2006 .

For Q.2 my answer is.......domestic violence autocracy and support service . They provide a safe supportive environment where domestic violence can re-examine their view and work towards violence free future.

Do i need to add or delete any points.....pls help....thanks
