Reporting On A Workplan

Hello needing some help with these questions I'm stuck on!

1. Prepare an example of a report you might submit if you were required to prepare regular reports against a section of a work plan for your organisations. Include details of how the work plan will be revised as a result of relevant feedback?

2. What might you take into account when scheduling managers to attend interviews for the evaluation process?

You need to think of an issue or a topic to base your report on... then you can think about how to gain feedback to revise the plan...
