Minimising Risk To Children In The Guide To The National Regulation

i have difficulty to find answer for( The Guide to the National Law and National Regulations describes how a centre should “minimise risks to children, an education and care service or a family day care educator must implement:
• adequate health and hygiene practices
• safe practices for handling, preparing and storing food.”
Which two National Regulations does this statement relate to?)

can you help me and tell me where should i find the answer.

Found it on page 56 of the Guide:

Health, hygiene and safe food practices

National Regulations: Regulations 77, 168

To minimise risks to children, an education and care service or a family day care educator must implement:
- adequate health and hygiene practices
- safe practices for handling, preparing and storing food

The service must also ensure that policies and procedures are in place about these practices.

i'm not sure about first question,

The answer to the second one is in outcome 3.2 and has to do with physical and gross motor. The answer is also in this forum if you know where to look.
