need help with my question please
explain what it means to say that a child/young person-focused work practices should be employed. consider this in terms of assessing child/young person's current situation and determine actions that should be taken to remove the child from harmful situations or to prevent the risk of harm

identify the child's needs, find a balance between the need for security and the child's family preferences
identify what is holistically in their best interests
actions taken, consultation, support decisions, decide actions together, act together
am i on the right track
