What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I have filled out each section apart from "reassess the risk".

Description and Message:
I've had some trouble filling out this table and have searched through many forums on here which have been a great help, I'm just not sure if I've completed the "assess the risk" section correctly and I don't know how to "reassess the risk". Does that just mean that after implementing the control (putting the bucket and mop away) there is no longer any risk? I have attached what I've done so far, if someone could please let me know if I've filled it out correctly I'd greatly appreciate it!

I think you have completed the risk assessment fine, everything seems to be well answered and makes sense. For reassess the risk, yeah I think you're right with reassessing it after you put control measures in place...
