Hi again Lorina,
Question: What are employee rights and employer obligations regarding consultation on health and safety matters?
I read through my learning materials but not sure...
Is this on the right track?.....They should be consulted on health and safety matters that affect the employee, including any changes that the employee wants to make to that may affect WHS.
Not sure about this
