Your Question?
State 2 ways we can review and modify work practices in a work place with workers with low levels of English?

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I wrote We can provide information in their own language and my teacher didn't accept my other answer: Provide ESL training so workers can improve their English. In her feedback she wrote It would not be the centre's responsibility to arrange English classes. How could staff communicate? I found that question a little hard for me and I struggled to think of two ways. So if anyone out get help me out, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank-you.
