Educator At Assistant Level Contributing To Organisational Polices

If you could please give me a site or something to read about this question.I've been looking for our topics online but it is not mentioned.

Question:
Outline two (2) ways that an educator employed at an assistant level can contribute to writing or making changes to an organisational policy.


I've been looking for the online topics given to us but I cant find the answer.If someone can provide me something to read,article so I can answer this question.thanks guys

No need to over think this question...

- participating in staff meetings
- discussing suggestions with team leader/supervisor
- providing feedback on work surveys and questionnaires
