Development Summary For LiLu

Hi,
Is someone able to tell me if I'm on the right track please. I'm struggling with it.

Child’s name:
Lilu two and half years old

Date:
Thursday 23rd July 2015

Developmental domain: Interests:

Physical
Lilu is interested in dramatic play with her mother and dolls.

Lilu also has interest in the park.
Social
Lilu is interested in interacting with other children and adults.
Emotional
Lilu is interested in interacting with other children and adults.
Communication
Lilu shows great communication with others.
Cognitive
Lilu shows interest through building blocks and climbing the park equipment
