limited stimulation

I have completed nearly all except limited stimulation and lack of materials and resources.

Can someone please help and lead me in the right direction.


What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
limited stimulation would be delayed language skills, social skills ???

Yeah... If the child isn't stimulated then they can't be challenged, think for themselves, eager to learn, develop cognitive skills etc. For lack of materials and resources I just think that the child won't be exposed to particular skills to increase their development. For e.g. If a child never draws they will lack creativity and fine motor skills etc.
