You can probably do the Resource folder in alphabetical order and focus on the main cultural groups within your community or better yet within Australia. Do like one page per culture which has information on:
GREETINGS
COMMUNICATION STYLE
PERSONAL SPACE & TOUCHING
EYE CONTACT
VIEWS OF TIME
GENDER ISSUES
GESTURES
TABOOS
I found the above list from the following site which has all information on different cultures around the world: Cultural Crossings
You don't have to do the exact headings as above but that's an example of the type of information to include. Any details relevant to help you understand different cultures that you may encounter while working in childcare.
