Q1.Suggest one opportunity that you could use and briefly outline how this would encourage the participation of all cultures within the service and understandings of cross cultural relationships.
My answer:Musical instruments used in different cultures- to provide children the opportunity to explore different cultures.
Q2. What are two things you may say to the children to role model open, inclusive and ethical interactions in your suggested further opportunity?
My answer:
.Facilitate and provide activities that will encourage acceptance of diversity
.Provide an inclusive educational environment that the children have the opportunity to learn together,interact,achieve and develop their learning to the fullest.
Q3.In relation to the above examples of family collaboration and inclusive practice at the service,write one sentence demonstrating a liknk to the EYLF or MTOP principles practice and outcome.
My answer: Children and families are respected and actively encourage to collaborate with educators.Valuing each other's knowledge,trust each other and communicate freely."Promoting or recognising cultural backgrounds and communicating with families."
