Post by Irelandcc » Mon Nov 24, 2014 10:37 am

Your Assignment Module Number and Heading: Project 3 CHCCS400C Work within a relevant legal and ethical framework
Your Assignment Type: Other
Currently Working in Childcare? No
Your knowledge: Beginner

Your Question?
Conduct some research of your own and explain how the national privacy act and it's principles impact on:
The information you can collect, record and store from and about clients
The procedures that must be followed to protect that information
the procedures that must be followed if there is a need to disclose that information to others

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
I've done hours of searching, and have been unable to find information regarding those principles, I'm not sure whether my keywords have just been unsuccessful or I'm not looking in the right places. But I've been unable to find enough information to answer this.
Someone elses project as a guideline or resources that I have been unable to find would be greatly appreciated.

Description and Message:
Any help answering this would be so helpful. I'm really stuck information wise on this one.
Thanks Ireland
