Hi all
Just need to know if I am on the right track with this

Identify 2 examples of law that govern early childhood education and care

1. What is the name of the legislation?

I have put:
Child Protection Legislation
Building Code of Australia

2. Is it a National or State/Territory requirement?

I have put:
That it is a State/Territory requirement and
National

3. What is the purpose of the chosen law?
Me:
Responsible for the administration and operation of Child Protection Services
An education and care service requires a certificate of final inspection

4. Provide 1 example of a common legal issue that relates to the chosen law?
Me:
Mandatory Reporting and Reporting mechanisms for suspected abuse
Must have a certificate on completion of any building work

5. Who is the governing body for this law?

Dept for Child Protection WA
Australian Building Codes Board
