Hi I am stuck on the question:
Why is it important for clients to identify and express their concerns about the service they receive from both the service and staff?

Families work with educators to care for their child and with services to maintain resources, materials, playground, food preparation etc. So, if families have concerns they need to evaluate these based on their issues. This way both educators and services can take the necessary steps to ensure that the families are happy with the services the centre as a whole provides.
