CHCCS400A - Work Within a relevant legal and ethical framework

Hi everyone
I am stuck on my last question in the above subject. I'm not sure how specific they want to be. Below is what I have. If you could give any help it would be great, thanks. The question is:

6. Do the policies and agreements meet regulatory and quality assurance requirements? Support your answer with four clear examples.

The answers I have are:

The policies and agreements reflect a commitment to regulatory and quality assurance requirements by sourcing and linking all publications to the relevant legislative areas including;
• The Grievances and Complaints Policy sources information from relevant Acts including but not limited to;
o Age Discrimination Act 2004 (Cwlth)
o Privacy Act 1988 (Cwlth)
o Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cwlth)

• The Access to the Centre Policy sources information from but not limited to;
o Child Care Regulations (Qld) 2003
o Child Care Act 2002

• The Confidentiality/Privacy Policy sources information from the Privacy Act 1988

• The Child Protection and Protective Behaviours Policy and Procedure sources information from but not limited to;
o Commissioner for Children and young people and child guardian – Risk Management Strategy Kit 2007
o Child Abuse Prevention Services
o Department of Emergency Service Child Protection Kit Qld Government

Is this sufficient?? Or do I need to be more specific??
