CHCCS400A - Obligations & Application Applying To Your Work Role

Hi guys am new at this so may take me a little to get used to. I am doing certificate III in childrens services.
Have just began my first book, work within a relevant legal and ethical framework CHCCS400A.
Assessment activity 1
Understanding legislation and common law relevant to your work role.
Part A.
1. Describe three of your obligations when working with children and how you apply them to your work.?
Answer: Provide duty of care, Maintaining confidentiality and work within a code of ethics, hopefully Im on the right track, any advise would be appreciated. thanks. :D

Im also stuck in that and dont know what 3 strategies to write.

also need to write about 300-500 words !

I am studying cert 3.

can anyone help me with this question-
Name 3 strategies you would use to get the new staff member to demonstrate their understanding of their work and adherence to their work.

I have answd as -Provide duty of care
- Maintain confidentiality
- work with code of ethics

or is it --observation,policy,case scenario?

any helpwill be appreciated

Please create a new topic for your assignment question.

For this question I think the strategies you would use are more along the lines of:

- Work performance review.
- Formal meetings.
- Understanding of the centres policies and procedures.
- Professional support and development workshops.

what are 3 reason why it is important to seek the consent of parents regarding the services and the activities their child is involved in?
