Hi guys am new at this so may take me a little to get used to. I am doing certificate III in childrens services.
Have just began my first book, work within a relevant legal and ethical framework CHCCS400A.
Assessment activity 1
Understanding legislation and common law relevant to your work role.
Part A.
1. Describe three of your obligations when working with children and how you apply them to your work.?
Answer: Provide duty of care, Maintaining confidentiality and work within a code of ethics, hopefully Im on the right track, any advise would be appreciated. thanks.

For this question I think the strategies you would use are more along the lines of:

- Work performance review.
- Formal meetings.
- Understanding of the centres policies and procedures.
- Professional support and development workshops.
