I have filled out most questions but not sure if I have provided enough information or need to include more? and not sure how to answer first question. perhaps 'yes, that's right! that's where our lunch is!' or seeing if baby needs to eat something?

Yes you're on the right track with all your responses. I did swap one of your responses (the difficult settling) because it was more appropriate within another scenario. I have just added some more points in which you can also add to your response as well. These include:

1) "Are you hungry". "Let me get you your food" "Look what you are eating for lunch today" "MMM, yummy" etc.

2) Get a book and read through the book, point out things in the environment, begin singing songs/rhymes

3) Check if bottle or nappy change is needed, cuddle, put baby in cot and rock, pat or stroke, soothing music (I swapped this response from difficulty settling as it is more appropriate here).

4) "Are you OK" "Let me see what's wrong" "I'm going to see if you have a fever" "Where did you get hurt"

5) Distract baby by taking them outside, talk about different things you see outside, give baby their comforter, rock and sing to them.

6) "I think it's time for your nap", "lets get ready for a sleep"
