Needing help please, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
So the question is: what would you do if something needed to be done that is not part of your job description? Normally this task is the responsibility of a more experienced and higher qualified staff member of staff but they are not available and you are pretty confident that you can do it yourself.
I feel as long as there are no legal reasons as to why I am not alloud to preform the task than I would be fine to do it to the best of my ability but making sure to speak with the other educator when they return to make sure that everything had been done correctly and to standard.
If this right or would I have to wait for the other educator to return to preform the task themselves, so that there are no implications?
