Additional policies that should be developed?

Hi can I please have some help answering this question. I have been stuck on it for days and I can't seem to find the answer.

Are there any additional policies you feel should be developed? Why? Who would you discuss this with?

I know I would discuss this with my director and educational leader. But I'm stuck on the rest.
Is it asking me what policy I would develop or just if I think there is a reason to develop one?

Any help would be much appreciated as I think I have been overthinking it and have gotten myself lost.

In regards to additional policies... is this for the centre you're working with? Have you looked at their policy and procedure manual?

You should make a list of all the policies in the manual to see if there is any that have been missed or additional ones should be developed...
