You are to submit a formal academic research-supported essay on the following topic:

It is expected that all early childhood services within Australia will implement the Early Years Learning Framework. Why do early childhood educators require excellent communication skills to implement this framework? Discuss.

Hi,

What is your understanding of this question?
Why do you think that early childhood educators require excellent communication skills to implement this framework?
Is it just for fun??
Is there a purpose behind having excellent communication skills?
If so why?
If not why not?

Read through your text.

having done this unit, may i suggest that you read the EYLF. that is the best communication resource you can use. As Lindy says above, what is the purpose?

The EYLF isn't the only source to use...

Find information on "communication in Childcare" as a whole...
