Identifying childcare's top money wasters

Post by kindyspace » Wed Jul 08, 2015 3:39 pm

Hi,

I'm very keen to learn what are the top key areas in a childcare which contribute to money loss (excluding rent, licensing, food, furniture, etc).

For example:

* high teacher turnover, generating recurrent recruitment agency fees
* overheads (paper, printer supplies, etc)
* teacher time waste doing paperwork for regulation complying purposes
* overtime

We are a young tech-innovative startup called Kindyspace, building a revolutionary product for childcares and want to make sure we tackle the real important problems which matter the most.

Thanks for your help and feedback,

Sebastian

- Having casual staff rather than full time/part time staff.
