The Letting Go template is for Educators who are feeling overwhelmed and anxious with their thoughts and feelings during the day and need to "let go" to feel calm. This template enables Educators to write down any negativity that they are having, this simple process will help them feel calmer and to overcome the anxiousness that they may be experiencing whether it's personal or professional. This can be added into the staff room for Educators to access when they need to. This can also be used for older children in an OOSH setting.
