The Report of Achievements can be used as a half yearly and yearly report to highlight the goals the child has achieved throughout the year. The goals are based on each of the 5 learning outcomes from the Early Years Learning Framework. Each page consists of one of the 5 learning outcomes, along with the goals the child has achieved, images and comments on the child’s overall learning.
This report is a great way to share information to each family of their child's learning and development throughout the year. This template includes a 7 page report and has the following:

- Educators
- Room
- Date
- A Letter to the parent about the report
- Educator message
- Each of the 5 learning outcomes with goals achieved, 2 images per page, educator comments and child comments
