The Achievement Report is to be used to acknowledge a child’s overall achievements based upon each of the learning outcomes within the Early Years Learning Framework. The template includes an image box, a box for each of the five learning outcomes and for Belong, Being and Becoming. There is also a box at the end of the report where the educator can write a personal message to the child.
The Achievement Report enables educators to share each child’s success in a meaningful way by relating it to the learning outcomes. It also includes:
