March 17th, is St Patrick's Day. St. Patrick's Day observes the death of St. Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland. The holiday has evolved into a celebration of Irish culture with parades, special foods, music, dancing, drinking and a whole lot of green. St Patrick's Day Posters provide images of St Patricks Day celebrations. These can be used as discussion points for children. These can also be used in dramatic play.
St Patrick's Day I Spy is a great counting game for children, Children have to count the correct picture objects and write the correct amount next to the picture. These can be laminated and children can circle the objects as they count. Great to use for St Patrick's Day.
Pot Gold Tracing Lines enables children to use hand-eye coordination and encourages them to draw in a specific direction. These are great for children who are developing their pre-writing skills.
