There has been an increase in boutique style services across Australia, which offer state of the art facilities from daily yoga sessions, to language classes and meals cook by a qualified chef.
Albyn Rd Early Education Centre - Caters for 99 children with daily costs from $115 - $140. It recently underwent a $2million dollar refurbishment, which includes state of the art library, interactive smartboards, daily yoga sessions and health rooms. Also rated exceeding across the NQS.
Little Scribblers Early Learning Centre - Caters for 80 children with daily costs from $98 - $115. The facility is similar to a prestigious private school. It features a gymnasium, art studio, technology corner with Ipads and iMacs library, cafeteria and mini soccer field.
Little Learning School In Sydney - Offers baby yoga, taekwondo, computer skills classes and language classes which include Mandarin, Japanese, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian. Has on-site chef and personalised app for communication between parents and educators.
It great to see that some services are going above and beyond to offer children a variety of high-class environments and experiences however no matter how "boutique style" the service is, it all comes down to the Educators and how they implement the Framework as well as develop the children's learning. Kids will be kids and most of the time the simplest things make them the happiest.
