Sustainability Project on Placement

Hi, I am going to placement soon and I need some help figuring out what I should do for my sustainability project with the children. My centre recycles, composts has veggie gardens, I need some fresh ideas on a project I can do with the children Please help Any advice would be appreciated. :wave:
