1. List the key aims of WHS legislation. Minimum 100 words

What is your answer so far or What have you done so far as an attempt to solve this question?
• provide a safe and healthy workplace and prevent/reduce the incidence of illness and injury to employees, visitors and contractors
• identify workplace hazards and assess and control risks
• gain involvement of managers, supervisors and employees and their representatives in health and safety matters
• provide information and training for employees at all levels so they can work safely
• measure and continuously improve the OHS management system

Hi I am not sure this is the correct answer for this quesion.I tried to find out a lot. I hope I'ii get some help from this site.thanx if someone can give answer to my question. :sweating:
