CHCIC301D need help please
Hi I'm new here and need help with my assignment. The question is "Outline strategies staff could use to clearly communicate positive and realistic expectations for behaviour to the children." This is a case study were there are children of different multicultural backgrounds and some can't speak English

Ok so basically you need to get across how to behave to a group of kids, some of which speak no English.
Firstly think about how you would put across how to behave to children who can speak English. Then think about how to explain or what strategies you would use to explain it to children with limited English.
What are positive and realistic expectations for behaviour?
Answer this then go from there
HINT: with kids who cannot speak or have limited English miming/flashcards etc work
Does the question say what age group this is for?
