Finally someone replied, thanks. :D
Well, I have this;

f) Suggest at least three ways the documentation could be used to share and extend children’s learning further?

I guess if I am have online connection with families, such as Facebook or electronic mail I can send photos of a child to the mother/father and then get their comments from them. I’ve tried this method at my family day care sending photos to the mother of her child through SMS messages. Emails are also a good way to keep in touch with families and send newsletters, letters etc. Feedback and ideas from families about the documentations can help me to extend children’s learning experience further. Displaying pictures of the children in corridors ways for everyone to see especially families. For example, pictures of children at the farm or zoo. Soon after an experience, the documentation is best done in collaboration with the children, families and educators to plan for the children’s learning for effective learning experiences.

I had to think hard for this one,^^ Please let me know if I have answered the question.

3. Describe at least three ways you could improve or enhance your methods of documentation?

To enhance my documentation methods, I would like to choose the most beneficial method and one that gives me a bigger and clearer picture about each child. Understand the child clearly; write out my documentation out clearly and precisely. I wish to enhance my documentation by adding more photos and more of children’s creative art work with lots of detailed writing about it so it is meaningful to everyone who has a look at them. I wish to start using video tapping and notepad methods.

Please remember Rocky people on this site help when and if they can. Getting a reply means someone has given up their time (Usually after hours) to help you.

I'm off to spend time with my family will read your reply more thoroughly in the AM before work.

Hi Rocky,
Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you. Family daycare can be a hard taskmaster!.

Self evaluate your answers.
Have this in your head "Have I suggest at least three ways the documentation could be used to share and extend children’s learning further?"
Break it down
List the minimum 3 ways you have pointed out in your answer. Is there at least 3 diff ways or are you listing the same thing different ways??

Start with this let us know how you go! :thumbup:
