1. What strategies would encourage family members to take an active role in the centre?
I need some insight to this question. by strategies does it mean asking through the centres newsletter? putting help wanted signs on the care rooms door ets? or have i missed the point?
please help

I think you could use a variety of different strategies. You could put up a roster for parents to sign up. You could let them know you do cooking/reading/gardening/music etc and see if any parents have strengths in these areas and might like to share. You could promote special open days and talk to parents directly about how they could help. Newsletters/emails/blogs etc could also help.
