501A - Study/Internal Assessment Process

Post by joycedavies » Wed Jul 18, 2012 12:39 pm

Hi I am new on this forum and I would like to ask help from you if anyone can. My question is "Scenario: You are a director of a long day care centre that is about to commence a self study/ internal assessment process".
1. What information needs to be shared with your stakeholders (families, educators, management etc)
2. List how you would gather feedback from stakeholders in order to complete a self evaluation report for the organisation
3. What documentation could you collect as evidence of your Centre's practices?
4. What is a continuous improvement plan and what must it include?

My apology for giving you a lot of questions here. IM hoping that that someone can help me with this one..THank you.

HI Joyce
I would suggest going on the ACECQA website and looking up quality improvement plan. They have a template of one on that site (they are the new governing body for Aust) and it has all the different areas you need to cover for an improvement plan. I think you will find that it will help you with the other questions too.
Have fun!
