For the sandpit play - add water, containers & wooden spoons for 'cooking'. Add cars, tunnels made from pvc or cardboard, plastic small shovels & small road signs for a construction/transport game.
Block area - add small animal toys - chn could make a zoo/farm. Or add natural props such as branches, pine cones, flowers, rocks etc and they could make 'lakes' or jungles etc.
BTW - this site really asks you to provide what you think your answers might be so we can advise if you are on the right track or not, so it is always a good idea to put your own thoughts about answers in with your question.
Cheers

Oh okay thanks! Well my ideas to stimulate drawing
Are: provide mirrors and you could say draw your face can you see your eyes and nose
Also for drawing/painting show them pictures of paintings by an artist
Does that sound good?
For sand play how about bury some sort of dinosaurs and dinosaur bones for an archaeology experience
