Within the Children's Service Award when it says after 1 year / 2years, etc. in the classifications, is this with the one employer or overall years of experience in the industry?

I haven't been able to find clarification of this.

Total years of experience in the industry hero clicker or related field, not necessarily with the current employer.

If I'm not mistaken, it refers to overall work experience.
